Step 1: Connection

Connect the mouse to the PC in wired mode

2.
Connect the USB dongle to the PC

3.
Download and open Software to upgrade

Notice: If you have multiple U2 mice or dongles, please only plug in one at a time.

Step 2: Firmware update

Click update to start the firmware update process for the USB dongle and mouse. After completing the update for one device, you can continue updating other devices until all show that they are on the latest version.

Note :

The firmware update requires a wired connection to the PC.
During the update, do not connect two mice, USB receiver and enhanced receiver simultaneously.
Do not remove the cable until the update is complete.

FAQ

Can the OS system run the software?

No, you must use a Windows system for the update.

Does it also support the EC-CW?

The EC-CW is not supported by this upgrade service.

What should I do if there's a power outage during the update?

After replugging the device, the software will detect it again. Simply press the update button once more to continue the update. If the software does not recognize the device, please proceed with an RMA request.

What should I do with the old USB receiver and Enhanced receiver?

They can be used after updating the firmware but will not support 4k. If you need 4k support, you must use the Enhanced receiver purchased through service for pairing.

If you encounter an update failure or the software shows the device is unrecognized, please follow these steps:

-Re-download the upgrade software.
-If the update fails, wait until the light stops flashing before retrying.
-Restart the pc.
-Try using a different USB port.
-Run as Administrator.
-Temporarily disable antivirus software.
-Try using another PC.

How to pair 4k Enhanced receiver

Unplug

Unplug the mouse cable and switch to Enhanced Receiver mode.

2.
Press and hold

Press and hold the DPI button for 5 seconds until the DPI red light and the report rate's three white lights flash together.

3.
Replug

Replug the enhanced receiver. The mouse should stop flashing, indicating that pairing is complete. The pairing must be completed within 30 seconds.If the pairing is unsuccessful after completing the steps, please try the process again.

Note :

Make sure that the firmware is up to date before proceeding with pairing.
The mouse cannot be paired via cable while connected.

Can one Enhanced receiver be paired with two mice simultaneously?

No, each Enhanced receiver can only be paired with one mouse at a time.

Can I pair my mouse with an Enhanced receiver from another mouse?

It depends on the specific model. Please check if your mouse's firmware update supports pairing with other receivers. Note that the EC-CW model cannot be updated and is not compatible with this pairing feature.
