When connecting CELERITAS II and PC with PS/2, the keyboard is not fully functional. Only the keyboard LED could be turned ON/OFF. However, when switching to USB connection, the keyboard works fine. What can I do?

Make sure the CELERITAS II and PC with PS/2 is plugged prior to turning on your computer to work properly. If it is plugged in while the PC is on, please restart to activate the keyboard.
