When the CELERITAS II is connected to PC, why doesn't the keyboard backlight light up?

If the PC can identify the keyboard, please hold Fn + ESC + Left Ctrl for 1 second. The keyboard backlight will flash to indicate that the keyboard has been reset. If the PC cannot identify the keyboard the PCB board or cable may be defected.
