ZOWIE XL2566K Green Lines Issue Service Program

 


ZOWIE has identified that a very small percentage of XL2566K monitors may experience green lines issue due to a potential component issue.

The affected monitors were manufactured between September 2023 and December 2023. 

 

If your XL2566K was manufactured during this period, it may be eligible for this service program. 

ZOWIE and authorized service centers will provide free-of-charge service to eligible units.

Application Procedure

Step 1 - Check the back of the monitor to find the serial number on the product label as shown

 


Step 2 - Enter the 13-digit serial number in the field below to confirm whether the monitor is covered by the program.

Step 3 - If your monitor is covered by the program, please fill out the service form or contact BenQ by calling the service landline 866-600-2367, and BenQ will provide repair service, free of charge.

1. Proof of Purchase

2. A photo of monitor label with serial number

3. Condition Documentation

             • For units with a green lines issue:

                Submit a photo or video clearly showing the green lines on the monitor.

             • For units without the green lines issue:

                Provide a photo or video of the entire monitor/panel to confirm its condition.
